From May 28 to June 4， a delegation from Shandong University visited partner universities in Japan and the United States， and attended the 77th Annual Conference of NAFSA： Association of International Educators to further strengthen ties and exchanges with partner institutions and explore broader and deeper collaboration across various fields．
5月28日至6月4日，山東大學代表團訪問日本、美國友好高校，參加美國國際教育工作者協會（NAFSA）第77屆年會，進一步密切與合作高校的聯絡交流，拓展更寬領域更深層次合作。
During the visit to Japan， the delegation visited Waseda University and Tokyo University of Science， where they engaged in in－depth discussions on expanding the scale of bilateral student exchanges and enhancing research collaboration in areas of mutual academic strength， reaching a series of cooperative agreements．
在日本期間，代表團訪問早稻田大學、東京理科大學，就擴大學生雙向交流規模、在優勢學科領域加強科研合作等進行深入交流并達成系列合作共識。
In the United States， the delegation attended the 77th NAFSA Annual Conference held in San Diego． Following pre－arranged meeting schedules， the delegation held discussions with more than 20 universities including Stanford University， the University of Chicago， the University of British Columbia， the University of Queensland， the University of Auckland， Hosei University， the Hebrew University of Jerusalem， and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University． They actively promoted Shandong University＇s signature programs such as student exchanges， summer schools， and research internships， and reached cooperative intentions with multiple institutions regarding various long－term and short－term student exchange programs， faculty visits， research collaboration， and overseas training programs for staff．
在美國，代表團參加在圣迭戈舉行的第77屆NAFSA年會。按照行前的會談預約行程，代表團分別與斯坦福大學、芝加哥大學、不列顛哥倫比亞大學、昆士蘭大學、奧克蘭大學、法政大學、希伯來大學、香港理工大學等20余所高校進行會談，積極宣介學校學生交換、暑期學校、科研實習等特色項目，與多所學校在開展各類長短期學生交流項目、教師互訪、科研合作、教職工海外研修項目等方面達成合作意向。
During the visit to the United States， the delegation visited the University of California， Davis， where they reached cooperative agreements on launching visiting scholar programs and expanding joint undergraduate－master＇s cultivation programs in fields such as economics and life sciences． While visiting Stanford University， the delegation participated in the International Partner Day at Stanford University， discussing ways to deepen collaboration on the International Honors Program （Summer Session） and expand cooperation in faculty pedagogy training programs． They also engaged in exchanges with other visiting institutions， including the University of Western Australia， the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology （Argentina）， and the Chinese University of Hong Kong （Shenzhen）．
訪美期間，代表團訪問加州大學戴維斯分校，就開展訪學項目，拓展經濟、生命科學等領域本碩聯合培養項目等達成合作共識。訪問斯坦福大學期間，代表團參加斯坦福大學全球伙伴日活動，探討深化暑期國際榮譽項目合作，拓展師資教學法培訓項目合作，并與西澳大學、阿根廷布宜諾斯艾利斯理工學院、香港中文大學（深圳）等其他訪問高校進行交流。
Additionally， the delegation held discussions with alumni in Japan and the United States． The NAFSA： Association of International Educators is one of the world＇s largest nonprofit professional organizations dedicated to international educational exchange． It holds its annual conference in the United States， which has now been successfully held for 77 editions． The NAFSA Annual Conference attracts participation from government departments， higher education institutions， educational organizations， and educators across more than 150 countries and regions each year． （Source： Jinan Licheng District Convergence Media Center）
