When the first ray of morning light skates across the water surface of Sinvsi，flocks of egrets become the most vivid footnote to this stunning ecological spectacle．

They arrive flapping their wings from afar，some gently touching the water amidst the reed beds sending ripples spreading in circles；others strolling along the shoreline shallows in search of food．Their slender claws treading the grassy patches，and stirring up tiny droplets of dew．

These creatures extremely selective about their ecological environment，choose to pause here at Sinvsi．Here the clear waters of the ancient canal reflect the blue sky，the vegetation along the banks grows unrestrained，and the fish and shrimp in the wetlands swim freely．It is precisely this land of lush water and grass and fresh air，that has become the most reassuring stopover on the egrets＇ migratory journey．

The sight of egrets flying in flocks，their wingtips slicing through the morning mist，is the most vivid stroke in the ecological canvas of Sinvsi，with their wings they cast a vote，telling their companions，that this is a beautiful homeland where humans and nature coexist in harmony．（Li jinchen Yao chunman）
